SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Crews from two cities combined to control a fire at a Scottsdale apartment complex Friday morning.

The fire was reported shortly before 7 a.m. at the Montierra apartments near 73rd Street and Mountain View Road.

The fire was contained to the second floor unit of the apartment by Phoenix and Scottsdale firefighters, said Kelly Baggs of the Scottsdale Fire Department.

No injuries were reported, Baggs said.

The investigation into the cause of the fire was continuing, Baggs said.
