Nacogdoches PD: Gas drive-off suspect hit employee with car

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

The Nacogdoches Police Department is investigating an alleged aggravated robbery that occurred at a convenience store on North Street Monday afternoon.

Nacogdoches Police officers responded to the scene of a gas drive off at a Murphy's convenience store in the 440 block of North Street at approximately 1:46 p.m. Monday. According to witnesses, the store's manager confronted a gas drive off suspect, who then struck the manager with his vehicle in an attempt to flee the scene.

The manager suffered minor injuries in the incident.

The suspect was gone when officers arrived on the scene. No arrests have been made at this time.
