The Memphis Grizzlies took a shooting hit when Quincy Pondexter was lost for the season to a foot injury.
In effort to replace his point totals, it looks as thought the team is willing to deal.
ESPN's Marc Stein reports the Grizzlies have reached an agreement with the Boston Celtics to trade guard Jerryd Bayless for shooting guard Courtney Lee.
The deal could be reached as soon as Monday.
Bayless is averaging just 8.1 points a game in 5 starts this season, and just 30 percent from 3-point range.
He's in the last year of his contract, making 3.1 million this year.
Lee, shoots 44.2 percent from the perimeter, and 49 percent from the floor.
The 6'5" shooting guard out of Western Kentucky is making just over 5.2 million this season, with 2 years remaining on his 4 year deal with the Celtics.
