Former SFA Lumberjack Willie Jefferson has signed to play in the NFL once again, but with the Buffalo Bills.
Jefferson will be following his former SFA teammate Cordell Roberson, who has also recently been added to the Buffalo Bills roster.
Jefferson looked to have a start to his NFL career when he came out of college. He was one of four undrafted rookies the Texans signed after training camp.
The Jack managed to earn a starting position for the Texans, until he was kicked off the team for allegedly smoking marijuana with teammates Sam Montgomery and Cierre Wood. Chad Cannon, Jefferson's agent, defended him saying that they were smoking cigars, not marijuana. None the less, Jefferson was still released.
