NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches County Sheriff's deputies arrested three men on first-degree felony drug charges Thursday after they executed a search warrant on a residence in the 1600 block of Martinsville Street and seized four crack cocaine cookies and more than $2,000 in cash.
Javosky Thomas, 31, of Nacogdoches, Lakeith Howard, 34, of Houston, and Eric Thomas, 34, of San Augustine, are all still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail. Each man was charged with first-degree felony manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Each suspect's bail was set at $25,000.
According to a press release, the search warrant on the house on Martinsville Street is result of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
"Sheriff Investigators received information of large amounts of crack cocaine being distributed from this residence," the press release stated.
When the deputies executed the search warrant Thursday afternoon, they found four crack cocaine cookies that weighed a total of 64 grams. They also found the cash.
The three suspects were arrested at the scene and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail.
