When it comes to ordering pizza and having it delivered you might not think twice about it, but with more than one robbery a day, pizza delivery ranks as the fifth most dangerous job, according to the Association of Pizza Delivery Drivers.
A spokesman says there needs to be more safety regulations and training when it comes to delivering pizza. Local drivers say safety is their number one priority.
Scott Hubbard, with Papa John's, said, "We deal with local police departments to find out where they recommend us not to deliver, so depending on what store you're at, there are certain places we may not deliver, and there maybe places we don't deliver to after dark."
Local pizza establishments say they are always looking for more drivers.
