Another hurdle down the pipe

The proposed Keystone XL oil pipeline from Canada has cleared a significant hurdle after the State Department determined there is no major environmental objections to its construction. That issue hits close to home, as the pipeline is being built through East Texas. We've been following this important story all day and Donna McCollum and Caleb Beames will bring you the latest at 6 and 10.

Following a year of rehabilitation, an East Texas woman has turned her life around and is the first graduate of the Lufkin Dream Center, which allows residents a year-long faith-based program to help them overcome various addictions. At 6, Francesca Washington shares her story and explains how she hopes to help others on their journeys.
