NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 57-year-old woman on a manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance charge after she tried to sell drugs to an undercover officer.
Samantha Wiggins Samuels, of Nacogdoches, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a second-degree felony charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 28 and 200 grams. No bail has been set at this time.
According to the arrest affidavit, the sheriff's office conducted a "controlled substance investigation which led to the onsight of a controlled substance transaction." Samuels was arrested at the scene and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail.
