Firefighters in Cass County worked Sunday evening to douse a fire in a wood chip pile at the International Paper Company.The fire started around 5:30 p.m. Sunday night at the IP plant in Domino.Sarah Whitaker, spokesperson for International Paper, said the fire originated in a wood chip pile and that no injuries were reported.Firefighters from Cass and Bowie counties and Texarkana answered the call for help.The fire is still under investigation.It is not known if the fire will affect work at the mill.Copyright 2014 KSLA. Officers with the Nacogdoches Police Department arrested two men on felony and misdemeanor drug charges after a traffic stop on Powers Street Thursday night.
