GRAPELAND, TX (KTRE) -

The Grapeland Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating the suspects in the Feb. 24 attempted burglary of an ATM at the Grapeland Motor Bank.

According to a press release, the attempted ATM burglary occurred at approximately 4:15 a.m. The suspects did not get into the machine, and no money was taken.

The video shows at least three suspects, and one appears to be armed with a handgun.

Investigators with the Crockett Police Department are looking into a similar incident. The video from both locations shows a white pickup that is believed to be a Nissan Titan that does not have a tail gate, according to the press release.

Shortly after the attempted ATM burglary, a vehicle and individuals matching the descriptions of those in the video were seen at another local convenience store purchasing gas.

"If you see the suspects or this vehicle, do not approach," the press release said.

Anyone with any information about these crimes should call the Grapeland Police Department at (936) 687-5141 or the Crockett Police Department at (936) 544-2021. You can also call Crime Stoppers at (936) 545-TIPS.
