Updated:

NEW ORLEANS, LA - New Orleans Police detectives are searching for two men who robbed a man who was parking his car early Wednesday morning on Milan Street.

The victim showed up shortly before 2 am at the 2nd district police station. He told detectives that he was parking his car in the 2700 block of Milan Street when he observed two men on the street not far from his car, so he decided not to get out.  As he continued waiting inside the car, the two men approached him with guns, demanding that he get out of his vehicle.

The victim told officers that he got out of the car and laid down on the ground.  The man then said he complied with all of the demands of the gunmen, giving up his wallet and everything he had in his pockets.

Police describe the two gunmen as two black males, approximately 18-20 years of age, slim build, and approximately 5'10" in height.
