PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Silent Witness is asking Arizona residents to be on the lookout for a dangerous escapee.

Mickey Roy Anderson Sr. escaped from the Colorado River Indian Tribes Mens' Correctional facility in Parker.

Authorities said the murder suspect should be considered mentally unstable and dangerous.

He and two other inmates escaped the facility early Sunday morning. The two others have been captured, leaving Anderson on the loose.

Anderson is described as a Native American male and 25 years old. He is 6'1" tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has a shaved head and brown eyes.

The fugitive has a tattoo on his neck that reads "Mickey Jr." and another on his chest that says "mouse."

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS OR 480-TESTIGO.
