The Stephen F. Austin Men's Basketball team completely swept the Southland Conference with a perfect 18-0 record, and now have swept the All-Conference awards.
Jacob Parker has been named this year's Southland Conference Player of the Year.
The Junior has been one of the best leaders for the Jacks, as he has hit two buzzer beaters to help the SFA maintain their perfect conference record this year.
Parker also has recorded 9 career double-doubles this season.
This will be the second consecutive year that Jacks have taken this award. Last season Taylor Smith was the Southland Conference Player of the Year.
For head coach Brad Underwood, his first year with the program couldn't have panned out any better, as he has been named this year's Southland Conference Coach of the Year.
He has lead the Jacks to a 29-2 record going into the conference tournament.
Underwood's record ranks him 8th in the top-10 all-time starts by a first year head coach in NCAA history.
Through all the success the program has had this year, the Jacks say they are not ready to settle and stop now.
The Jacks enter the Southland Conference Tournament as the top-seeded team, and will play this Friday in the Semifinal game.
