Museum of East Texas offers one more day of free fun on Friday

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Friday is the last day that the Museum of East Texas will be offering free art projects for the kids.

They have plenty of different things to do; including making masks and bookmarks Unlike the art camps in the summer there is no costs this week.

"We wanted something they could do with their family and this is great. Even the parents, a lot of the parents, do the art with the kids," said Ann Reyes, Museum of East Texas Educational Curator.

The event goes until 4:30 p.m. March 14 in the art camp room at the Museum of East Texas. The event is free and fun for all kids.
