Livingston child porn suspect's computer allegedly had about 100 images of young boys, girls

LIVINGSTON, TX (KTRE) -

A multi-agency investigation by county and state lawenforcement agencies resulted in the arrest of a Livingston man who allegedlyhad approximately 100 images of child pornography involving boys and girlsbetween the ages of 8 and 15 Thursday afternoon.

Joshua David Fleet, 33, is still being held in thePolk County Jail on four counts of second-degree felony possession/distributionof child pornography charge. His bail has been set at $25,000.

The investigation was conducted by the Polk CountySheriff's Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal InvestigationDivision, and the Pct. 4 Constable's Office in Montgomery County, according toa press release.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. Thursday, officers fromall three law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant on Fleet's residencein the 1600 block of FM 3277 in Livingston. Because he is unemployed, Fleet washome when the officers served the warrant.

"Fleet admitteddownloading and making images of child pornography available to others," thepress release stated. "A forensic triage of Fleet's computer revealed around100 images of child pornography involving male and female children, ranging inage from approximately 6, to approximately 15 years old."

According to the press release, Fleet told theinvestigators that his fascination with child pornography involving childrenaround the age of 13 started when he was 17 and first viewed some of the illegalimages.
