CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Parma Police have released the details of the incident in which a mom is accused of fracturing her two-month old's skull.

Officers say on March 13, 2014 at 6:52 p.m., Parma Police Officers and Parma Fire Department Paramedics responded to 11638 W. Sprague Road for a report of a female who slammed her two-month baby into a bed.

When the officers arrived at the address, they found Jessica Gunderman holding her two month old daughter, who was crying at the time.

EMS rushed the infant to Parma Hospital for treatment.

The baby was taken to Rainbow and Babies Children's Hospital for treatment of a skull injury.

Gunderman was taken into custody at Parma Hospital.

She has been charged with felonious assault and endangering children, both second degree felonies.

Gunderman is currently being held in the Parma Jail.

This just three and a half weeks after she was indicted for another case of aggravated felonious assault.

Gunderman was required to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, have her mental health assessed, complete an anger management program and participate and successfully complete a parenting and a domestic violence program, amongst other court orders.

Gunderman was declared to be "indigent" which is impoverished and lacking the basic necessities of life.

The same judge has seen Gunderman for other numerous menacing and assault cases in 2013.
