NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

A mutual  fight that began between two Nacogdoches High School students Friday afternoon  ended with an empty bus on the side of the road and one arrest.

An 18 year old male and a 17 year old male began fighting on high school bus 11 when two female students became involved in the scuffle. One pulled out a can of mace and sprayed it.

The bus was evacuated and aired out before returning to its route. No injuries were reported from the mace.

Nacogdoches ISD police officer Ramiro "Ram" Mendiola said Nacogdoches Police Department responded to the incident in the 2500 block of S. Fredonia Street.

He said the 18-year-old male was arrested for resisting arrest after he began fighting with an NPD officer.

All students involved most likely will be suspended from bus privileges, Mendiola said.
