The state prison system has tried to use the "boot camp" program to rehabilitate felons which authorities believe just need an adjustment in life. But in at least one case, it looks like the program did not work. Francesca Washington has that story at 6.

The old Davey Crockett Regional Juvenile Center officially opened today in the old Crockett State School. But as Caleb Beames explains at 5, the opening comes despite some objections by the state.
