ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

An Angelina County constable arrested a man and a woman on engaging in organized criminal activity warrants from the Huntington Police Department Tuesday following a traffic stop.

Clyde Earl Raines, 33, of Lufkin, and Angelina Nicole Boone, 23, of Huntington, were both charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, which is a state-jail felony. Both Raines and Boone posted bail amounts of $3,500, and were released from the Angelina County Jail later Tuesday.

According to Wilson's Facebook post, the engaging in organized criminal activity charges came from the Huntington Police Department. Wilson said when he did an inventory of Raines and Boone's vehicle, he found several bronze cemetery flower holders that appeared to have been taken from grave sites.

The holders were still dirty, and some of them still had water in them, Wilson said. The constable said that was what led authorities to believe that the flower holders had recently been taken from a cemetery, possible in the FM 2109 area near Huntington.

Wilson said it was Raines and Boone's intention to sell the holders as scrap.

"We asking for the community's help to see if we can determine where these holders came from," Wilson said. "If you or a family member notice any of the missing items from a grave site, please contact the Constable's office and describe the item."

The phone number for the Precinct 3 Constable's Office is (936) 422-5933.
