Belt goes 0-for-4 in Giants' win

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KTRE) -

Former Hudson Hornet Brandon Belt went hitless with one strikeout in the San Francisco Giants' 2-0 loss to Arizona Wednesday.

Batting from the No. 2 spot, Belt grounded out in the first inning, lined out in the third, grounded out in the fifth and struck out in the seventh.

He is batting .385 for the year.

The Giants finish the series against the Diamondbacks Thursday at 2:40 p.m.
