Firefighters contain storage building fire at Angelina College

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A quickly spreading fire that erupted inside a building on the Angelina College campus in Lufkin has been contained.

According to Corporal Bradley Baker with the Lufkin Police Department, the fire started in a storage building around 8:15 p.m.

Firefighters were able to get that blazed under control shortly after 9 p.m.

Traffic on Daniel McCall Drive near the campus has been blocked off, yet no injuries have been reported. No word yet on what caused that fire.
