Greene Co. deputies arrest 11 people reportedly involved in drug activity, burglary

GREENE COUNTY, TN (WJHL) -

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department arrested 11 people Saturday morning through Monday afternoon, who were reportedly involved in illegal drug activity and a residential burglary.

According to a GCSD news release, deputies and detectives arrested Michael Buchanan, Jr., Eric Hinkle, Ricky Tarleton, Tosha Franklin, Sharon Dale, Brett Garland and Crystal McInturff on drug related charges, which involved the drug referred to as “bath salts.”

Brandon Weeks and Brant Hurst were also arrested on aggravated burglary charges and outstanding warrants were served on Jason Cutshall and Rachel Murr.

According to the release, Greene County detectives recovered stolen property valued at approximately $1,000 and have seized illegal drug proceeds of approximately $1,000 in cash since Saturday morning.
