Tyler police asking for help finding mentally challenged teen

TYLER, TX (KLTV) - The Tyler Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a mentally challenged 15-year-old girl.

Police say on Thursday, Carlaina Nicole Hopkins went missing around 3:35 p.m. around the 1600 block of Rice Rd. Carlaina was last seen wearing a burgundy Dickey-type school shirt and khaki capris. She was also wearing black shoes with glitter. Carlaina is about 5'3" tall and weights around 150 pounds. She has medical conditions that require medication.

Carlaina is thought to be on foot and may be heading towards Gresham.
