LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

An Angelina County grand jury indicted a 20-year-old man accused of sending nude pictures of himself to a 16-year-old Lufkin girl's iPad and threatening the girl, her family, her friend, and police.

According to the indictment list, which was released Wednesday, Phidaal Morrow was indicted for two third-degree felony charges - online solicitation of a minor and retaliation. Morrow is still being held in the Gregg County Jail on those charges, and his bail was set at $15,000. Gregg County Sheriff's Office arrested Morrow on April 14.

According to the arrest affidavit, the 16-year-old girl went to the Lufkin Police Department at approximately 6:50 p.m. on April 4. She told an officer that Morrow sent a picture of his genitals via the social media Website, Kick, and then sent her an offensive message earlier that evening.

The girl showed the LPD officer the iPad the messages were sent to, according to the affidavit.

In addition, Morrow allegedly sent the girl threatening messages at about the same time on April 4. According to the affidavit, he sent her messages that said, "I know you told" and "Imma kill you [expletive]." Another message allegedly stated, "You think I'm scared of the police I'll kill them too."

The affidavit said Morrow also sent messages saying that he would hurt the girl's family and one of her friends.
