TEMPE, AZ (CBS5) -

A man accused of robbing three different banks in the span of a week was arrested Wednesday, Tempe police said.

Last Friday, the 17-year-old suspect allegedly robbed the Chase Bank at 2528 W. Southern Ave. in Tempe and then robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 915 E. Baseline Rd. about two hours later, according to Tempe Police Department spokesman Lt. Michael Pooley.

On Thursday of this week, he allegedly robbed the same Chase Bank again.

During each robbery he was wearing different clothes, Pooley said.

The investigation is ongoing and detectives said they are continuing to work on identifying anybody else that may have been involved.
