2. On Thursday last week, the Smith Co. Sheriff's Department responded to a call for help at a home on FM 2767. The caller said a 5 month old was unresponsive in the home. The baby was flown to Children's hospital in Dallas. The father of the child, Jarrod Deray Phillips, has been arrested for injury to a child.
