LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The post positions have been drawn and the odds have been set for the 140th Run for the Roses.

Here's how the 20 horses will break from the gate:

1) Vicar's in Trouble, 30-1 odds – (Owners: Kenneth L. and Sarah K. Ramsey, Trainer: Mike Maker, Jockey: Rosie Napravnik)

Pablo Del Monte is on the "also eligible" list with odds of 50-1. If a horse is scratched before 9 a.m. Friday Pablo Del Monte will take its place.

The 140th Kentucky Derby will air exclusively on NBC and WAVE 3 News on Saturday. WAVE 3 News will provide live coverage from Churchill Downs beginning at 5 a.m. WAVE3.com will live stream NBC Sports' coverage of the race beginning at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

    James Henderson's defense attorney, Stanley Sokolowski, started off the third day of court by questioning the state's witness, Investigator Bill Rulland.     More than a few tar-covered tires are hanging on to the parking lot of a Lufkin tire shop.  On August 31, newly laid asphalt on Loop 287 started sticking to tires of those driving, leaving many of the cars un-driveable. As of Friday, the Texas Department of Transportation hadn't come out with an official cause for the incident, but that hasn't stopped over 600 people from filing claims with them.     Deputies with the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office made two felony drug arrests and seized marijuana, Prometh VC with codeine, hydrocodone, Alprazolam, and ecstasy after a traffic stop near the intersection of Robb and Jefferson streets late Tuesday night.
