PHOENIX (CBS5) -

About 20 workers fled a Phoenix business Sunday after a chemical reaction triggered a fire.

No one was injured at FlipChip International, a computer chip processing company at University and 36th Street.

Employees safely evacuated the building shortly after 10:30 a.m., said Phoenix fire spokesman Tony Muir.

Muir said the incident was contained to the area and the sprinkler system went off as it is supposed to.

The fire remains under investigation.
