Acting on a tip about suspected drug activity going on a house off of FM 3277, Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives arrested a man and a woman on Tuesday after they searched the residence and allegedly found a large quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana, pills, and a hand gun.

Matt Monroe Reed, 40, of Tomball, and Bobbie Joe Sweeney, 22, of Carthage, were arrested at the scene and charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, which is a first-degree felony. Reed was also charged with violation of a conditional bond, and her bail was set at $25,000. No bail amount was available for Reed.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the detectives also learned that Sweeney had an outstanding felony warrant.
