DALLAS, TX - Say goodbye to Dallas Cowboys former wide receiver Miles Austin. Austin has now agreed to terms with the Cleveland Browns, according to their official team website.
The two-time Pro Bowler recorded 34 career touchdowns in eight seasons.
This is good news for the Browns as there is a possible suspension for their top receiver Josh Gordon.
Austin battled reoccurring hamstring injuries with the Cowboys, and they designated him with a post-June 1 cut to free $5.5 million in salary cap this year. This was after the 2013 season where he recorded just 244 receiving yards in 11 games.
For the Cowboys, they look to already have a replacement for Austin, as they drafted Devin Smith, a wide receiver from Pittsburgh, in the fifth round.
