OREGON, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Three suspects have been arrested in Oregon after police say they have been breaking into an apartment complex since January.

The three suspects are Carlos and Betty Reyna, along with James Ashby. According to police, all three are residents of the Kingston Court apartment complex.

Police say they were tipped off after a victim saw an individual wearing a hat that was stolen from one of the burglaries. Along with clothing, electronics were stolen.

Most of the victims lived in the same floor or right below the suspects, according to police.

"When you're not at home, lock your windows, lock your doors, especially with property that's valued. They all have serial numbers on them, make sure you write them down," said Det. Larry George with the Oregon Police Department.

The trio is facing charges of receiving stolen property and burglary.

Police say a juvenile suspect could also be charged.
