Last week, former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling agreed to sell his team, and said he was willing to let go and end his fight with the NBA. Sterling and former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, who is the top prospect to take the team, publicly indicated that Ballmer's $2 billion bid would be accepted.
This week, Sterling's back at it again and has decided he will pursue a $1 billion lawsuit against the NBA and withdrew his support for the sale of the team.
He says he must fight to protect his right of privacy and that his preservation of rights to due process should not be trampled.
