ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

Angelina County Sheriff deputies are searching for a 25-year-old man who allegedly exposed himself to children and adults at the Hanks Creek Swimming Hole on FM 2801 Wednesday night and later fled from authorities.

According to the ACSO media report, the incident happened at approximately 7:28 p.m. Wednesday at the Hanks Creek Park in the Huntington area. When deputies arrived on the scene, the man, who was later identified as Travis Royce Young, had already left the scene, but they were able to get a description of his car from witnesses, according to Angelina Country Sheriff Greg Sanches.

Sanches said ACSO deputies located Young's vehicle on FM 2109 later that evening.

"When our deputies located the vehicle it was driving 60 miles per hour down that fm road," Sanches said. "When the driver saw the deputies he jumped out of the vehicle while it was running."

Young got away, and deputies caught with him on FM 1669. However, he again managed to escape, Sanches said.

There is now an evading arrest warrant out for Young.
