LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - It's time to sign up for the two July summer camps at the Texas Forestry Museum.
One camp is Timber Tots for kids age 3 to kindergarten and the other is Summery Sylvan's for kids in 1st through 4th grades.
Texas Forestry Museum Education Director Kaitlin Wieseman said, "What we do is we have the children learn about nature, the forest and they're going to learn about black bears and that type of stuff. We'll be learning different topics and have different types of crafts and activities for them to do, games, and so it'll be a real in-depth nice learning experience."
