NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

A Nacogdoches businessman has been arrested for giving a false report to a police officer.

According to the arrest affidavit, police were called out to a disturbance at a home off Church Street in Nacogdoches.

Police say William Charles Hudson, 59, reported indecent exposure after he said a woman lifted her dress and revealed her female genitalia to him.

After speaking with the woman police found that the report was false, and that the woman wasn't even wearing a dress.

This isn't the first time Hudson has been arrested, just earlier this month Hudson was arrested for attacking an SFA employee as he was making a delivery.

Hudson manages Nacogodoches Hardware and Rental.
