NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Nearly 100 loyal Texas A&M University fans gathered in Nacogdoches on Friday to learn some of the main traditions and moves of the Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets.

It was the second annual meeting hosted by the Nacogdoches County Aggie Moms' Club and the Nacogdoches A&M Club to help get teens entering into the university this fall acquainted with traditions they will see on campus.

The two cadets, a senior and a junior, said they travel across the state and love getting a chance to introduce Aggie traditions to new students. They said they love coming to Nacogdoches and love getting to meet the new students, and loyal A&M alumnus.

A 4-week-old and an 80-year-old won the awards for the youngest and oldest Aggie of the group.
