LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -

An early morning sting on an East Texas business nets a half dozen arrests for violation of county regulations.

The Gregg County Organized Drug Enforcement Agency raided the Fantasy Ranch Club on Highway 31 at the Smith/Gregg County line just after midnight this morning. Officials say that the Fantasy Ranch was not licensed to be a strip club, and had been previously warned that they could not continue to operate unlicensed.

Six female suspects were arrested at the location, as well. The women were not licensed adult dancers, officials say. They are Alexis Jackson, 19; Acacia Castagne, 33; Maria Nicole Delio, 22, all of Longview. Also arrested were Jillian Marie Clay, 20, of Tyler; Shania Diane Mortan of Eustace, and Rusti-Lena Ramsey of Mount Pleasant.

Daniel Scott Nelson, 33, was also arrested at the club. He was arrested for selling alcohol without a permit.

In an unrelated bust, CODE agents arrested Angela Blalock and Devone Vernon Harris. The pair was arrested at the Contessa Inn in the 700 block of Highway 31 in Longview on drug charges. Blalock was arrested for manufacture with intent to deliver a controlled substance, while Harris was arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of a controlled substance.

All are being held at the Gregg County jail with no bond as yet.  We are working to gather further details and will update with more; stay with KLTV and KLTV.com.

More than a few tar-covered tires are hanging on to the parking lot of a Lufkin tire shop.  On August 31, newly laid asphalt on Loop 287 started sticking to tires of those driving, leaving many of the cars un-driveable. As of Friday, the Texas Department of Transportation hadn't come out with an official cause for the incident, but that hasn't stopped over 600 people from filing claims with them.
