Aubrey was in Tyler not only spending time with family, but with only 2 weeks like in the NFL off season, he was training at the APEC.
He was amongst other professional athletes including Kendall Hunter, Jeremy Johnson and David Snow.
Aubrey said training with other professional athletes he considers competition, motivates him to work hard during the off season.
"Every day when you see your competition out here working, you want to get out here and work just as hard as them, if not harder," said Aubrey. "Seeing them come every day being committed, I got to committed."
Training camp for the Cleveland Browns is just around the corner, which means more athletes competing for the same spots on the field.
"The rookies are coming in, it's someone who was like me last year. They are hungry, they aren't saying a word, they're just going out there and taking advantage of the opportunity. I got to make sure I'm ready to step up when they are," said Aubrey.
Aubrey said he's going to continue training and spending time with family in East Texas until he heads out to the Cleveland Browns Training Camp starting July 25th.
