LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Dallas won't disappoint you. She's a 3-year-old Boxer-Mastiff mix but don't let her size scare you. She's a sweet and loving pooch who would prefer to curl up and cuddle up close to her people.

"She thinks she's a lap dog. Weighs over 100 pounds and thinks she's a lap dog," said Katie Barton, director of Winnie Berry Humane Society.

Dallas is smart and studious. She's got an arsenal of tricks she learned from her previous owner.

"She knows all kinds of tricks. She loves kids. Loves kids," said Barton. "Her favorite sport is football and her favorite game is chase but everybody has to chase her."

Dallas is a big girl and she comes with a big personality and a lot of smarts. She knows a lot of tricks and is willing to show off for treats. Dallas knows the basics like sit, stay and lay down but she's also mastered shake, high five and playing a dead dog.

Dallas will definitely need to spend some quality time outside to exercise.
