Say hello to Chica. She's a one-and-a-half year old Chihuahua-terrier mix who likes to wiggle and have fun.
"Everybody loves the babies, and they kind of overlook these guys, but she's a really good dog. She's ready to go play," said Teresa Jordan with the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter.
She was brought to the shelter as a pregnant stray. All her puppies were adopted, but Chica was left behind and has called her kennel home since February.
"She's really good with kids and cats and dogs and just all around good dog," Jordan said.
Chica is super sweet. She loves to run around and play. She has tons of energy, and she really enjoys playing with a ball.
"She's rambunctious. She likes toys. Like I said, she's good with other animals." Jordan said. "She likes to play outside. Haven't had any chewing issues with her, so she's past that puppy stage and that kind of thing. She is housebroken."
Chica does need to be spayed and needs her rabies shot.
As usual there, is no adoption fee for BFF's adopted from the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter. For more information on our furry friend Chica, call 936-560-5011.
