NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Deputies with the Nacogdoches County Pct. 4 Constable's Office uncovered stolen property from several burglaries during a raid on a Chireno-area home Thursday, according to Constable David Stone.

Stone said they executed the warrant in the Boggy Creek area at the home of Ricky Arnold Yates, 54, and found four-wheelers and other personal property, like chainsaws. He said they arrested Yates on charges of second-degree burglary of habitation and state-jail felony burglary of a building and misdemeanor B possession of marijuana.

Stone said three more burglary charges are pending against Yates. He said they also found evidence connecting Jerry Franklin Wall Jr., 28, of Lufkin, to the crimes. He is housed in the San Augustine County Jail following an arrest involving burglaries over multiple counties, Stone said. Five burglary charges will be filed against him.
