TRINITY COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

A Trinity County grand jury indicted a 29-year-old man for credit card abuse. He was allegedly caught using his company's credit cards to purchase gas for his personal vehicle.

Miguel Paniagua, 29, of Trinity, was indicted last week on a felony credit card abuse charge.

Paniagua was arrested back in April. Trinity County Sheriff Woody Wallace said Paniagua obtained the credit card from Stevenson Distributors, his employer.

In a previous East Texas News story, Wallace said that starting in November 2013, Paniagua used the credit card to purchase approximately $800 worth of gas for his personal vehicle. The credit card was only supposed to be used for his work vehicle.
