A barbecue benefit for Jimmy Sustaita, a volunteer firefighter for the Emergency Services District No. 2 who was injured in an ATV accident, will be held at the Cushing Volunteer Fire Department Station from noon until the food runs out Saturday.
Smoked sausage plates will be $8, and chicken plates will be $10. Combo plates will sell for $12. The available sides will be potato salad, baked beans, and bread. Dessert will be pie or cake. The drink choices will be soda, tea, and water.
All donations will be accepted. The family will be grateful.
James Hutchison, a family friend, will provide some entertainment.
