LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A former Nacogdoches High School cafeteria worker has pleaded guilty in federal court to producing a child porn video in 2007.

Federal court records show Justin Owen Lejeune, 32, of Nacogdoches, pleaded guilty on July 31 to a charge of attempted production of child pornography.

The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office arrested Lejeune in December after authorities executed a search warrant on his house on FM 3314 and found a large number of child pornography, along with video recording devices hidden in various parts of his home.

The count which Lejeune pleaded guilty to states he "did attempt to use a minor ... who was engaged in sexually explicit conduct, for the purpose of producing a visual depictions of such conduct that was produced using materials that had been mailed, transported, and shipped in interstate and foreign commerce" on Sept. 24, 2007.

In exchange for the guilty plea, federal prosecutors dropped a charge of possession of child pornography.

A sentencing date has not yet been set. Lejeune faces between 15 and 30 years in prison.
