Crockett police investigating Radio Shack burglary

CROCKETT, TX (KTRE) - The Crockett Police Department is looking for two suspects who allegedly stole 30 cell phones from a local electronic store early Wednesday morning.

According to a press release, Crockett PD was called out to Radio Shack off Loop 304 in Crockett around 3 a.m. on Wednesday in reference to a burglary alarm.

When police arrived they found that the store had been broken into and that the suspects had taken approximately 30 cell phones.

Police say one witnesses saw a dark colored 4-door car leaving the scene and another witness identified the car as a black 4-door BMW with paper tags.

Police describe the suspects as two black males. They said the first suspect was wearing a dark colored ball cap with a maroon colored bill, dark hoodie, white gloves, dark colored pants and white headphones.

The second suspect has shoulder length dread locks and was wearing a dark colored jacket, white under shirt, blue jean shorts, black durag and dark tennis shoes.

The Livingston Police Department has reason to believe that these two men are also responsible for a similar burglary in the Livingston area. Livingston crime stoppers is is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for any information that leads to their arrest.
