The Texas Tenors to kick off Angelina Arts Alliance's 2014-2015 Premier Series

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

The Texas Tenors will be kicking off the Angelina Arts Alliance's 2014-2015 Premier Series with a 7:30 p.m. performance on Saturday, September 13. The performance will be held at the Temple Theater on the Angelina College campus in Lufkin.

“Since 2009, the Texas tenors have been wooing and wowing sold-out audiences in over 600 concerts around the world,” the Angelina Arts Alliance Web site stated. “Over 100 million people tuned in to see this classical crossover trio, become "the #1 vocal group in the history of ‘America's Got Talent.'”

The group is composed of pop singer Marcus Collins, opera singer John Hagen, and country music singer John Hagen. According to the AAA Web site the trio blends “great music from the worlds of country, classical, Gospel, and Broadway.”

Ticket prices range from $35 to $50.
