HUDSON, TX (KTRE) - Hudson ISD held their third annual health fair, hoping to help residents out with health questions.
Around 30 organizations and companies set up booths in the Hudson High School Gym.
Organizers said they do the event because they want to make the community healthier.
"We're getting the word out to families and to our community for health," said Hudson ISD Director of Nursing, Shalana Hyde. "We are focusing on health and fitness. Our goal is to spread the word about what we have in the community, opportunities, what outreach are out there to help the family"
The district also gave out door prizes to those in attendance.
