NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Domino would appreciate a round of applause after he does his tricks. He's a one-year-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix with good manners and lots of smarts.

"He likes to run outside and play a whole lot, so a big yard would be better for him, but somebody with an active lifestyle or something and would like to take him for walks. He would appreciate that," said Andrea Schroeder with the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter.

Domino is a super-sweet guy. He really likes attention, and he's very smart. He knows how to sit, he likes to give hugs, and he know show to shake.

"He would probably be an easy dog to train. He's very smart and very sweet, and he'll sit in your lap, too. If you sit down on the ground, he'll have the whole area to run around in but he still likes to come sit in your lap sometimes,"Schroeder said.

Domino is the perfect size to take on runs or walks but not too big to be a house dog. He is active and likes to play. He's in great health and will need to be neutered.

As usual, there is no adoption fee for Best Furry Friends adopted from the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter. To get more information on our BFF Domino call (936) 560-5011.
