SHELBY COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - Shelby County authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a man suspected of breaking into a home and stealing metal.
Therrin Anthony Keele, 22, of Tenaha, is wanted on a charge of second-degree burglary.
According to the sheriff's office, a deputy was dispatched to County Road 4007 on Sept. 28 in reference to a theft. The deputy said a window was broken and a door was kicked off the hinges. Copper wiring was removed out of the attic and several air-conditioning units were also stolen.
An investigation revealed Keele and Stephen Williams sold scrap metal, at Hi-Way Salvage in Center on Sept. 25, according to the report.
Authorities interviewed Williams at his home, where he lives with Keele, on Sept. 29, and they found several of the items missing in the theft. They arrested Williams on charges of second-degree burglary and state-jail felony theft of metal.
