NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Brody is supporting breast cancer awareness this week with his pink tie. He's a five-year-old gray poodle who was surrendered to the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter.
"He just came to us a few days ago. He went to the groomers said Teresa Jordan with the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter. "He was matted and dirty when he came in, and he's all pretty now. He's also got his tie that he's rocking," said Theresa Jordan with the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter
Brody is still getting use to his new environment, so he's a little bit shy. On the inside, he's just a total love bug, and he can't wait to get into a new home and just relax and really enjoy life.
"He's super sweet, but he's a little scared," Jordan said. "We haven't learned a whole lot about his personality, and it'll take him a little of bit of time to kind of unwind and relax and get comfortable"
Brody likes to be held, and he gets attached to people pretty quickly.
"He's just got a cute little smirk on his face all the time, but I think for him the best home at this point would be something that is fairly quiet," Jordan said.
As usual with BFFs adopted from the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter, there is no adoption fee.
